Operational amplifiers: ideal operational amplifier; inverter and non-inverter mounting; differential amplifier and instrumentation differential; integrator and differentiator; limitations of the non-ideal operational amplifier. 3. Diodes: the ideal diode; characteristic curves of the junction diodes; models; physical description of the functioning of p-n junction; Zener diodes. Rectifier circuits. Limiting circuits and dc restoration. 4. Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJT): structure and mode of functioning; characteristics current-tension; functioning as amplifier and switch.
